OGQ Emoticon Rejection Reasons — 6 Issues and How to Fix Them

A rejection notice feels personal, but OGQ rejection patterns are predictable. The 6 reasons that come up repeatedly in the creator community are fixable—knowing them means your resubmit targets exactly what the reviewer wants, not guesswork.
Rejection #1 — Repeated Pose and Composition
All 24 frames in similar front-facing bust shots triggers "composition variety insufficient" rejection. Fix: vary camera angle by slot (frontal, profile, close-up, full body) and pose. Rejections #2–4 — Finish Issues
- Missing white outline (stroke) — Character disappears in dark-mode chats and gets rejected. Define thickness and color, then apply uniformly across 24 frames.

Resubmission Strategy — Avoid the Same Reason Twice
When you get rejection feedback, do not fix only that issue. Re-audit all 6 categories—the reviewer will evaluate your resubmit from scratch, and what was overlooked the first time may surface now. Make the changes obvious enough to catch reviewer attention. Since resubmit also queues fresh (another 2–4 weeks), getting it right now is what cuts total time short.
