Weeks 3–4 — Review and Second Pack
Review takes 2–4 weeks average. Do not sit idle. Start pack 2 now. Creators who ship debut + follow-up close together (rejection lands, resubmit revised; approval lands, ship second immediately) do better. If rejection comes, use the 6-point checklist to retool and resubmit. If approved, you are now a published creator with a marketplace store.
Post-Debut — Growing Your Store
Once live, more packs = more visibility. Seasonal packs (New Year, holidays, exams) time well. Animated versions of existing character art compound value. The creator gallery here showcases real working paths; study a few stores in your space. Speed and consistency outweigh flash; steady output beats one big swing.
Debut on OGQ, expand to Kakao — know the spec gap up front
If you aim at both platforms, knowing the spec differences from day one means you never do the work twice. The key numbers:
- OGQ still stickers — 24 PNGs at 740×640 + 240×240 main + 96×74 tab, transparent background with a single white outline as the standard finish

Final pre-submission checklist
