Younglink (hereinafter, "Company") is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and processes personal information as follows.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods)
- Sign-up (Google Login): Email address, name, and Google account identifier (sub). Passwords are not stored.
- Payment: Payment email and transaction history (processed through payment service providers; payment details such as card numbers are not stored by the Company).
- Service Use: Credit usage history, access logs, and IP addresses (for fraud prevention purposes).
- BYOK: External API keys entered by Members are stored only in the Member's browser (localStorage) and are not stored on Company servers.
Article 2 (Purposes of Personal Information Use)
- Member identification and login, paid service provision, and credit management.
- Payment processing, license issuance, and refund/inquiry handling.
- Fraud prevention (unauthorized use and abuse prevention) and service improvement.
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
- Member information: Until membership termination. Destroyed without delay upon termination (except as required by law).
- Payment and transaction records: Retained for 5 years pursuant to the E-Commerce Law.
- Access logs: Retained for 3 months pursuant to the Communications Secrecy Act.
Article 4 (Third-Party Sharing and Data Processing)
- The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without Member consent, except as required by law.
- Data Processing Entrusted To: Login authentication (Google), payment processing (PayApp and other payment service providers), cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare), and AI processing (Google and OpenAI). Each processor handles information only within the scope of the entrusted purpose.
- When generating images, input prompts and reference images are transmitted to AI providers for processing.
Article 5 (User Rights)
Members may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Members may also withdraw consent for personal information use by terminating their membership. Requests should be submitted to choijoungyoung@gmail.com.
